HomeGround Closing Times

We take this opportunity to extend our best wishes to all our customers in advance of the festive season, and for the new year to come. Please note that HomeGround’s office will close at 4:00pm on Monday 23rd December 2024 and reopen at 9:00 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Our Customer Contact Centre will reopen at 10:00 am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

PLEASE NOTE

The Christmas closure period will not be counted as 'working days' for the purpose of invoices issued to customers for ground rent or insurance premiums.

Emergencies and on-site issues over the festive period

We would like to remind customers that if you need to report an urgent maintenance or emergency affecting their property over the festive period, you should contact your managing agent, using the details provided with your service charge invoices. If you need to report an urgent insurance loss or claim, you should refer to the contact details given on your insurance policy certificate, and also report the incident to your managing agent.
