Please note that HomeGround’s office will close at 4.00pm on Thursday 24th December 2020 and reopen at 9am on Monday 4th January 2021. Our Customer Telephone Contact phone lines will reopen at 10:00 am on Monday 4th January 2021.
As customers will be aware, our Telephone Contact Centre has not been available for incoming calls due to our office based staff working from home during the coronavirus pandemic. We are delighted to confirm that the Contact Centre telephone lines are currently being tested for limited re-opening hours prior to Christmas, and will reopen fully from 10am on Monday 4th January 2021. We would like to thank our customers for their patience and forbearance during what has been a difficult and challenging period for all.
The Christmas closure period will not be counted as 'working days' for the purpose of invoices issued to customers for ground rent or insurance premiums.
We would like to remind customers that if you need to report an urgent maintenance or emergency affecting their property over the festive period, you should contact their managing agent, using the details provided with your service charge invoices. If you need to report an urgent insurance loss or claim, you should refer to the contact details given on your insurance policy certificate, and also report the incident to your managing agent.
